PreLovedScents Marketplace - Influencer Commerce Policy

1. Authentic products only
Influencers may promote or sell only authentic fragrance. Counterfeits, replicas, "inspired by" impersonations, and misleading decants are prohibited. Verified sellers caught selling fake perfume are permanently banned.
2. Honest representation
Listings, Studio shelf items, and feed posts must accurately describe brand, name, fill level, condition, and price. Do not use stock photos when showing your own inventory unless clearly labeled.
3. Disclosures
Sponsored posts, affiliate links, and paid partnerships must be clearly disclosed in the post or shop link label. Follow FTC endorsement guidelines where applicable.
4. Approved sales channels
Shop links may point to PreLoved Scents listings, your own verified store on prelovedscents.com, or other lawful storefronts you operate. Do not use Influencer profiles to route buyers to off-platform payments that bypass buyer protections or monitoring.
5. Prohibited conduct
Influencers may not spam the feed, harass members, misstate product safety, target minors, or promote non-fragrance scams. LovedScents may remove shop links or delist Influencers who violate this Policy.
6. Taxes and compliance
You are responsible for sales tax, shipping compliance, and any licenses required in your jurisdiction. LovedScents provides community tools; we are not the seller of your products unless expressly stated.
